Radius Credit Union is currently seeking to fill the position of Technology & Banking Analyst. This position will be a full-time, permanent position to start immediately. Location of employment is preferred to be in Southern Saskatchewan based out of any Radius Credit Union branch, but may be flexible, depending on the candidate with potential to work from a remote location in Saskatchewan.

 

Job Profile:

Working directly with the Manager of IT, the Technology & Banking Analyst position will be primarily focused on providing support and service to all internal staff members at Radius, ensuring the effective and efficient co-ordination of technology services. The position will provide user support and manage various technology related business products and be an integral part of the administration of software applications. Develop and run routine reports  through programs such as cView, Crystal Reports, Doxim, and Excel etc. Participate in various technology related projects and coordinate the acquisition and maintenance of computer hardware to support the achievement of credit union goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Provide user support for Radius Credit Union banking systems and other technology systems as necessary.
  • Research, procurement and support hardware and software.
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and configuring of technology systems, including cloud-based systems.
  • In conjunction with third-party service providers such as C1, Celero & WBM, support and assist all staff in the use of technology in a manner that will enhance knowledge, build self-confidence, and improve productivity.
  • Co-ordinate IT incident resolution with third parties including monitoring, follow up and service tracking.
  • Take part in IT security including cybersecurity and act as a resource for the business continuity and disaster recovery process.
  • Will work as part of a team on all technology-based services such as RCU’s online banking & mobile banking app and banking system.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related experience with technology systems, networks, infrastructure, operations, and experience managing projects or a combination of experience and education or 3-5 years of related experience with DNA Banking.
  • Expertise in the use of IT concepts and security best practices to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
  • Highly motivated and teachable, with strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while continuing to stay on task and complete projects within required timelines.
  • Knowledge and experience with Credit Union systems, like DNA would be an asset,
  • Knowledge of SQL, Advanced MS Office, Sharepoint would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer service and service delivery.

Radius Credit Union is seeking a Casual Member Service Representative (MSR) to be based in our Earl Grey Branch.

 

Reporting to the Business Development Manager the role of the MSR:

  • Provides financial advice that looks out for the members’ best interest
  • Complete transactions while providing outstanding member service
  • Help prevent and solve banking problems for members
  • Refer members to specialized staff when necessary
  • MSRs support branch functions and assist in administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications:

Experience and education in the financial industry is an asset, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Ideal qualities include attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work individually and as a member of a team. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and working knowledge of various computer programs.
