Dawn calls Southey home and represents District 1. She is involved in her community through her children's sports and school activities, and she also stays connected to the wider physiotherapy community by attending courses, sharing learning opportunities, and mentoring peers. Professionally, Dawn is a physiotherapist, owns her own business, and works full time with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. She first joined the credit union Board many years ago, shortly after university, when she was invited to step into the role and welcomed the opportunity to be part of something beyond school and work. Dawn enjoys learning about Radius Credit Union, how the credit union system works, and the strategic thinking behind Board decisions. She values the strong team dynamic among directors and staff and the opportunity to contribute to a locally governed, rural financial institution that supports its members and communities. To Dawn, Radius Credit Union feels like home. It is a place where members can ask for help, receive practical and unbiased solutions, and build their financial future with people they know and trust. She values the role Radius plays in helping members at every stage of life, from opening a first savings account to learning about investing, while also creating jobs and supporting local communities.
